You shall call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will hear you.  – Jer 29:12

Reflection.  Even when you do not know what to say in prayer the Holy Spirit will come and help you, as St. Paul states in his Letter to the Romans (8:26).  Therefore, ask the Lord to banish fear from your heart.

Prayer.  Thank You, Most Holy Spirit.  You know my needs before I even ask.  All I can do is thank You again and again.Â
