Reflection.  Learn to calm your soul.  The art of happiness involves a certain amount of self-discipline.  Reject negative thoughts, and the toxic emotions that follow them will gradually clear up and dissipate.  Learn to quiet your mind and spirit.

Prayer.  Jesus, help me to be still and not be afraid because You are always there, loving me, and giving me strength.
