Reflection.  St. Francis of Assisi prayed, “Make me a channel of your peace.  Where there is hatred, let me bring love … Where there is sadness, joy.”  Be like St. Francis; know where to go to get the power turned on.  Be a carrier of God’s Holy Spirit.

Prayer.  Lord, make me a channel of Your peace.Â
