If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love. —Jn 15:10

Reflection. Those who obey the Lord become free of the tyranny of self-reproach. They do not listen to that demon within which always puts them down, saying things like, “You’re too fat,” or, “You’re stupid,” or, “You’re no good.”
Make yourself more available to others and you will be freed from needless anxiety.

Prayer. Jesus, how I love Your wisdom. I thrill at the idea that You are living in me, and I am living in You..

Daily Meditation

Let your main focus be on His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. —Mt 6:33

Reflection. By seeking God and His Holy Will above all things you become liberated from the acquisitive spirit.

God frees you from yourself, and nothing tastes sweeter than freedom.

Prayer. Jesus, my Lord, let me taste the freedom that You offer to those who love You. Let me grow in Your Spirit day by day, seeking You above all.
